Pre-1940's Oak

Towards the lower part of this development are a dwindling number of impressive old oak trees. These trees predate the building of this development in the late 1940's and are massive, even bigger than those in the nearby park. Might have been why they were preserved when the development was built. No doubt there were far more standing back in the neighborhood's early days.
